I just want to thank you for everything you have done for me and my car. I have never worked with such a great auto glass company in my life. Most of the time, I end up over paying for something or not having what I wanted fixed getting fixed. I am so thankful that I finally found an auto glass company that is trustworthy and does high quality work.
A few months ago I actually came in to get my windshield fixed. I had gone to a few other auto glass companies before I came to yours. They all gave me the same run around. They told me that I would need my entire windshield replaced and then started to say that they were finding chips on other windows that I could not see at all. Many of them also gave me quotes for the new windshield. I could not believe my eyes when they gave me the quote. It seemed like I should have been getting a whole lot more work done on my car than just a new windshield. A minor repair was suddenly turning into a major expense that I could no longer afford. I could not believe that something that seemed so minor to me was becoming something so major.
I finally ended up at your store. I could not believe my eyes. As soon as I walked through the front door, your auto glass professionals welcomed me and seemed like they really wanted to help me. They quickly looked over my car and saw that I had a few chips in my windshield. Right away they said that this would be an easy repair job and that I had did not have to worry about replacing my entire windshield. I asked how sure they were and then showed them some of the other quotes I had received from other places I already visited. Your professional was so great. He brought me inside to the office and sat down and went over all of the quotes. He explained to me exactly what they meant and what I was wrongfully being charged for. A few minutes later he printed out a quote for me. It was about a quarter or what other places wanted to charge me. He said that all I needed fixed were the few chips on my windshield.
I have never been so relieved to see a quote that actually made sense. I instantly said yes to the work and I was back on the road in about an hour. Now when I drive around, I cannot even tell that there were ever any chips on my windshield to begin with. I just want to thank you for all of your help. Your professionals were able to explain everything to me, give me quick service, and did a great job at repairing my auto glass. I will absolutely come back to your establishment with any future auto glass problems I may have.
